Equality Objectives
All academies in the Diocese of Coventry Multi Academy Trust are committed to ensuring equality throughout the school communities.

Our Commitment to equality is that:

St Oswald's key objectives are:
Objective 1
- To improve knowledge, skills and attitudes to enable pupils to appreciate and value difference and diversity through direct teaching across the curriculum.
Objective 2
- To promote cultural development and understanding through a rich range of experiences, both in and beyond the school through our curriculum and enrichment activities.
Objective 3
- To raise levels of attendance for all pupils, particularly for that of our most vulnerable pupils.
Objective 4
- To raise levels of attainment in core subjects for all learners, acting promptly on any trends or patterns that indicate the requirement of additional support for pupils, in particular for those students with SEND
